Packaging Act (VerpackG) – Germany

For deliveries into the Federal Republic of Germany, the buyer is deemed importer and first distributor under the German Packaging Act (VerpackG) and bears all resulting obligations.

For EXW deliveries, the buyer arranges the import customs declaration in their own name. For CPT deliveries, the import customs declaration is made in the name of the buyer.

WEEE / ElektroG Statement

Oxni GmbH distributes Veichi frequency inverters (incl. AC01, AC310, AC320, AC600) and servo drives and motors (incl. RB300, V7E, V9E) as components and subassemblies exclusively for integration into industrial machines and systems. These products cannot operate autonomously, are designed exclusively for stationary industrial machinery, and are not sold to private households. They therefore do not constitute standalone end-user devices within the meaning of WEEE Directive 2012/19/EU or the German ElektroG, and Oxni GmbH is not subject to a registration obligation under the ElektroG under current law.

All products comply with the applicable requirements of RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU.
