Packaging Act (VerpackG) – Germany

Deliveries to Germany are made on an EXW/CPT basis; the buyer is responsible for importation. Pursuant to Section 3(9) of the Packaging Act (VerpackG), the importing buyer is therefore the initial distributor and is responsible for registration in the LUCID packaging registry, participation in the system, and data reporting. Oxni GmbH is not registered in LUCID. Details: Section 16 of our Terms and Conditions.

WEEE / ElektroG Statement

Oxni GmbH – As of August 13, 2026

1. Scope:

This statement applies to frequency converters from the AC01, AC310, AC320, and AC600 series, as well as servo controllers and servo motors from the RB300, V7E, and V9E series, manufactured by Veichi and distributed by Oxni GmbH.

2. Product Characteristics and Use

These are components and subassemblies intended for installation in industrial machines and systems. They are supplied exclusively to commercial customers and are not sold to private households.

3. Classification under the ElektroG / Directive 2012/19/EU:

Oxni GmbH has reviewed the scope of application of the ElektroG and assumes that, for the products mentioned when used as intended, the exemptions under Section 2(2) of the ElektroG apply. This classification is based on the company’s own review; an official determination pursuant to Annex 1, No. 1.3 of the ElektroG, BattG, and GebV is not currently available. The classification of the end product into which the components are installed is the responsibility of the machine or equipment manufacturer.

4. Allocation of Roles for Deliveries to Germany:

Oxni GmbH is established in Switzerland, has no branch office in Germany, and does not offer the products to end users in Germany. Deliveries are made on an EXW or CPT basis (Incoterms® 2020); importation into the EU is carried out in the name and on behalf of the customer. To the extent that the products fall under the ElektroG, the customer, as the first supplier on the German market, is considered the manufacturer within the meaning of § 3 

5. RoHS / Directive 2011/65/EU

According to the supplier declarations and conformity documentation provided by the manufacturer Veichi, the products listed comply with the requirements of Directive 2011/65/EU and its German implementation (ElektroStoffV). The EU declarations of conformity will be provided upon request.

6. Additional Regulations:

If products contain batteries (e.g., backup batteries in absolute encoders), the provisions of the BattDG apply; for packaging, the VerpackG applies. Here as well, the customer, as the importer, is the first distributor.
